I have always admired artists that weld and create interesting metal sculptures. Greg Knipe of Salvaged Beauty is one such artist. He creates whimsical sculpture and garden art from found objects and scrap metal. All pieces are at least 90% post-consumer recycled, and all scraps, cutoffs and grindings are captured and recycled. The dachshund is an adorable creation, as is Iggy the Iguana. The pieces that are inspired by the ancient Oriental art of Ikebana flower arranging are especially intriguing and would be very cool in any garden. And the salvaged fish sculpture would be fun to display indoors or out. If you're looking for an interesting piece to adorn your space or somebody else's, take a gander at Salvaged Beauty's offerings.
