Vickey Jang started Bird in a Skirt as a way to sell her handmade bags & clothing. However, stationery eventually took over her business & she re-emerged as a stationery company in 2006. I absolutely love the flat cards with animal silhouettes. The howdy cards are quite fitting for a Texan like myself.
