Rachel Marie of Lajiemarie needs our help & support. Rachel is a young college student working to save money for a long-term trip to both study & teach in southern China. She leaves in May and, while she has been working hard at making quilts & other items, she has yet to make enough money to pay her tuition, travel & cost of living. As the oldest of ten children, Rachel has learned what it means to work hard and to pay attention to detail. This is evident in her beautiful work, such as the Mocha Latte Creamy Lace and Coffee Crochet Throw. Her hand-quilted pieces are beautiful, as well. I especially love the vintage table runner that she hand-embroidered. So beautiful! Rachel also has various vintage housewares & craft supplies available for purchase.
