Weekend Kits is a wonderful source for a wide variety of craft kits. There's kits spanning tons of crafts, including embroidery, jewelry making, and scrapbooking. Also, there's kits suitable for children & kits geared more towards adults & more experienced crafters.

Weekend Kits recently added a new line of DIY handbag sewing kits to the Sewing Project Kits section. This section includes kits that allow you to create a messenger bag, tote bag, or a ruffle handbag & each is available in three different color combos. This section also features stuffed animal kits, such as this adorable elephant (pictured below)!

The Card Making Kits section is also growing with the addition of card kits for everyday greetings & special occasions. I love the colors in the Ambrosia Card Kit & the Hello Sunshine! Kit is sure to brighten anyone's day!

As you know, the holidays will be here before we know it. Weekend Kits will soon be adding new craft kits for the holidays to the Christmas Craft Kits section. This is the perfect time to start working on beautiful Christmas Stockings and Tree Skirts! Creakit Shop

The Crea Baby Shoes DIY Kit is a fun way to create a unique, handmade product for newborn babies. These kits are based on the element of personalization that is one of the principal reasons of interest within the DIY crowd. The kits are made up of pre-cut shapes and easy to follow English and Italian instructions with a stitches tutorial, clear drawings supporting the text and helpful suggestions that allow you to make a pair of baby shoes in about three hours. All of the kits arrive in an elegant pillow gift box & include a star bow that be used if you choose to give someone special the shoes you created. The turquoise felt shoe kit is my favorite. The colors are bright & fun and felt is fairly easy to stitch a custom design upon. The white felt kit is one with endless possibilities, as well. SockMonkey.net

If I've said it once, I've said it a million times...I LOVE MONKEYS! It's my parents' fault for giving me a stuffed monkey, Mr. Chimps, for Christmas when I was a wee one. Anyway, imagine my delight when I discovered SockMonkey.net. This website is the perfect place for crafters & monkey lovers alike. There's tons of sock monkey patterns available, including one for an "I Love My Sock Monkey" scarf and crochet skirt for a sock monkey. You will also find sock monkey books and links to more great sock monkey websites. However, my favorite thing about SockMonkey.net are the DIY kits. These kits include everything you need to make your own handmade Sock Monkey. You can even opt for a pre-sewn kit that requires no sewing machine! I have two of the fabulous kits to giveaway for the May Crafts & Hobbies giveaway. Enter today!
