Sommer Designs was founded in 1999 by designer Carrie Sommer. She began the business as a web design studio catering to small businesses, but eventually changed direction and morphed into the design & manufacturing of women's accessories. I have been a fan of Carrie's work for some time & was sad to hear the recent announcement that she is closing her business. Now all her remaining inventory is listed on Etsy. This is a great time to begin your holiday shopping or pick up something nice for yourself because you deserve it! The aprons make wonderful housewarming and hostess gifts.
