The Shops at Liberty Place is a retail complex located in the heart of the Center City business district in Philadelphia. I'm ashamed to admit it, but I've yet to visit this shopping area; however, that may change with the opening of All By Hand. Owned & operated by Abby Flanigan and Julianna Lose, All By Hand is a fine art and craft consignment store. Located in the Liberty One building, the store is opening November 15 and they are looking for more artists' work to showcase. Currently the store is only going to be open for the holiday season, with the possibility of an extended lease after December. Awesome shop! I especially love Abby's pop-out circus creations. The real Bullet keychains are a perfect stocking-stuffer!
