Tomorrow marks the FOURTH ANNIVERSARY of Funky Finds! I started this blog as a hobby, a fun way to bring funky handmade items to people's attention. The site has continued to grow over the past few years, first by offering advertising opportunities & giveaways, then launching the Funky News, our monthly newsletter. We then established The Shops @ Funky Finds, an online marketplace showcasing handmade items from sellers around the world.
We eventually hosted our first indie art & craft show in Fort Worth, Texas, last April. The event was successful & we recently hosted the second annual event on March 13. I couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of artisans that participated, nor with the number of attendees. It was a great day and we are currently nailing down the details for a fall event! I hope that Funky Finds continues to grow so we can effectively promote more & more talented artists, crafters & designers around the globe. Of course, none of it would be possible without your support so a big THANK YOU to all who read this blog regularly!!!As a thank you, I am hosting my own giveaway to celebrate Funky Finds' fourth anniversary.
