Heather Elizabeth is a New Orleans resident who creates photograph jewelry & accessories for the home. All of her items are crafted by hand from the photographs she shoot around NOLA. Her jewelry line includes many beautiful necklaces, bracelets, & earrings. I especially like the unique belts.
