Jeff Friesen is an award-winning photographer that has been published in a variety of magazines. He says that, along with everything else, his work has changed since the arrival of his daughter. Last winter, he began photographing little dioramas made from his daughter's toys and leftover bits of various home renovation projects. He then used the resulting prints to decorate their apartment. With much encouragement, he decided to open an Etsy shop, Wild Life Prints, featuring affordable prints. I love the brightly-colored Dirty Duck image that would look great displayed in one's bathroom. The Cultured Cow is one of my personal favorites, because Bessy is obviously at home around nice artwork. OMG! It is sooo hard to pick just 1 favorite, but since I have too, Im going with Squirreled Away. Why you may ask? Well we have the same squirell visit our backyard for the last 3yrs and bitch at us in the morning if we go anywhere near the plum tree or blackberry bush. We named him Giuseppe, however learned this year he is a she. :)

ReplyDeleteI love them all! But to narrow it down, my favorite print is Yes My Deer 8x10. The background, the deer, the vase, I just love it. We often have deer going through our yard, and my daughter would think it's great to have these sophisticated deer in the house!
